    Terms and Conditions 


    • Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc are forbidden.
    • There is a ZERO TOLERANCE for course and break tardiness.  1st infraction; warning will be given and makeup time will be provided.  2nd infraction student will be removed from the course and student will be rescheduled at their own expense.
    • Use of electronic devices are prohibited while class is in session.
    • Being this is a safe space, no photographs are allowed to be taken of the classroom, course material, students or instructors.  However, individual range photographs  can be taken after training completion.

    • REFUNDS ARE NOT HONORED FOR TRAINING COURSES 24 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE.   HOWEVER, COURSES CAN BE GIFTED TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.  EMAIL US AT INFO@CHICAGOLANDCCLTRAINING.COM FOR ASSITANCE.
    • STUDENTS WHO ARE NO CALL/NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
    • COURSES CAN BE RESCHEDULED NO MORE THAN TWICE.
